Important information about applying for Remote or Temporary Work Site

If you have already been approved for the Remote and/or Temporary Work Site Program(s) and you still qualify for participation, you need only complete the re-application form found on the staff website and submit it to your supervisor for his/her approval. Your supervisor will review the re-application form and return it to you. Your completed application must be received by the AEA 267 Personnel Office no later than Monday, March 31, 2012. If we do not receive your application by that date, we will assume that you do not wish to participate.

New Participants:

Thank you for interest in the Remote Work Site Program and/or the Temporary Work Site Program! Please read about the program requirements and details found on the staff website.   If you are still interested in applying, please complete the application form found on the page and submit it to your supervisor as soon as possible. Your supervisor will then review your application and return to you. Your completed application must be received by the AEA 267 Personnel Office no later than Monday, March 31, 2012.  If we do not receive your application by that date, we will assume you do not wish to participate.
