Does this early retirement incentive include paraeducators at River hills?

  2. Beth Strike says:

Hello Becky! Paraeducators are eligible for early retirement, but they must meet certain requirements.
If you have worked for CRAEA for three full years, you must notify HR by January 2, 2024, that you plan to resign or retire at the end of the 2023-2024 school year.

As long as you complete your 2023-2024 contract, you will receive the early retirement incentive. Please note, that you can only receive the incentive once during your employment with CRAEA.
