
Summer office hours went into effect on Monday, June 1 and offices will be open 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. A reminder to all Central Rivers AEA staff that all offices will be closed on Fridays in June and July. Regular office hours of 8:00 – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, will resume on Monday, August 3.
We will share updates as needed throughout the summer. Please be sure to check your email at least once a week to stay informed and respond to any requests in a timely manner. Also, remember to update your voicemail and email responder with an out-of-office message or note about limited availability if you’ll be away. Reminder: Update your Zoom schedule to match your actual working hours. If your Zoom settings start later than you do, you won’t receive incoming calls. Here is how to update it:
- Log onto your Zoom account on a web browser.
- Go to phone and select settings.
- Scroll down to “call handling” and update the business hours if necessary.
