Dr. Deb Rich, CRAEA board president, extends a warm welcome to Rheingans, stating, “We’re pleased to have Stan join Central Rivers AEA. His wealth of experience and commitment will drive both of our organizations forward in our mission to support the children, families, and educators throughout the 26 counties of Iowa under our shared coverage.”
