There is a new link available on the staff website to order lost/broken silver name tags or updated photo ID badges. Directions can be found below.

  1. Go to the staff website
  2. Visit Business Office/HR
  3. Go to Policies/Procedures/Training
  4. Select ID Badges (reorder form) and fill out/submit the form
